Can I track the status of my transfer?

ANS: Your transfer is important to DizaYus, so we provide status updates that allow you to easily track your transfer. When you first submit your transfer, you’ll receive a receipt with your reference number. After the transfer is processed, take a screenshot of the receipt, and send it to your recipient in Gambia or Senegal. For Gambia recipients they can go to any MSJ Branch to pick up their cash. For Senegal, it will be deposited directly into their orange money account or pick-up at the local bureaus. At any time, you can sign into your account and select “Transactions” to view all your status updates.
